HiFO organises a scientific farewell symposium for Urs Gerber, whose many years of incredible work has revealed beautiful organisation of hippocampal circuits and how space and timing of information representation is encoded by such circuits. He is also a pioneer of using detailed and sophisticated in vitro electrophysiology tools and rich analysis of electrical conductance signals from channel, receptors and at synapses. 

Urs' scientific legacy will live on.
