When I am not busy running experiments, I spend my time at the Harvard Film Archive or Filmpodium, watching and discussing art films. My favourite contemporary film directors are Bahman Ghobadi, Leos Carax, Elia Suleiman, Michael Haneke, Fatih Akin, and many others. I am a big fan of Ingmar Bergman, Andrei Tarkovsky, Left-Bank directors and Ozu. Here are some of my favourite films -
